A practice of listening, not forcing
Classical hatha & tantric philosophy
My teaching weaves asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudra, and chanting. The practice draws on Hatha Yoga in its more active form and Yin Yoga as a gentle complement — both rooted in classical yoga and tantric philosophy, with the subtle body at its heart.
Our yoga style is inspired by the classical Tantric philosophy which is the origin of Hatha Yoga and all modern postural yoga, specifically the teachings of enhancing the subtle body — about awareness cultivation, not performance.
- Hatha Yoga — breath, mantra, visualisation & meditation
- Yin Yoga — slow, restorative, with chanting
- Pranayama, mudra & meditation woven throughout
